Bearscouts as a group was founded by Keith Hobbs and Jason Panamaroff in 2009!  They started the group in order to give the bear community a wonderful and safe place to party, meet and just socialize in the East Bay!  Bench and Bar stepped up to become our home venue and sponsor!
